CANEK - The Mayan Prince has one of the most intricate hoods in all of lucha, thus his Bag Figures usually leave a lot to be desired.
This figure of El Maestro SOLAR is somewhat worse.
Simpler designs like the classic hoods of LOS DINAMITAS fare better.
LIZMARK – Sometimes figures warp in the molding process or in bags baking in the Mexico City sun, giving them some accidental expressive posing.

LOS VILLANOS - note the strange nipples, which are a recent re-detailing of a plugged-up old knock-off mold.
Once in a while they get the colors dead-on, though, as in this pink and purple VILLANO ring gear
FISHMAN – note how far gone the mask details are in the sculpture here.
The fingers are often clogged up or the ‘flashing’ from the poor molding left un-trimmed, thus the hands get bigger and bigger as they get re-molded.

This seems to be KONAN in his hooded days. Nice pink tights with black polka dots ‘El Barbaro’! Not how the figure was cut off it’s molding ‘tree’ at the head with little regard for preserving detail.
LOVE MACHINE Art Barr is his hooded days, too.
This OCTAGON is about as crappy a head sculpt and paintjob you’ll find.
But nothing compares to this attempt at PERRO AGUAYO! The fur is great, the hair is great, but what’s with the...  orange face???

Possibly EL GLADIADOR, but could also been any of the myriad DOCTOR characters practicing in the ring. Or for that matter, a Mr. Wrestling II on a south-of-the-border jaunt?
EL TALISMAN? These hands are downright catcher’s mits...
A still-masked SHOCKER.
EL OLIMPICO.

EL MISTERIOSO
Split view illustrating the word-graphic mask of... I’m guessing... MR. MEXICO?
BOMBA INFERNAL?
PENTAGON.

CIBERNETICO’s complex mask never fared well, either.
Continuing a theme of “one-eyed” masks, here’s a nice REY BUCANERO. Man that was a sweet hood!
Here’s REY in yellow...
...and another in white.. or is this an old PIRATA MORGAN???

Cat-themed luchadores are common in Mexico. Here’s a whole series, most of whom I don’t recognize.
Tiger? Puma? Jaguar?
Leopard? Ocelot? Alley cat?
And is this the same guy as at left, or his tag partner, or his junior?

Could be a cat, could be a fox of some sort I suppose...
Japan’s legendary multi-media, multi-generational TIGER MASK property shows up in Mexican toys once in a while, too.
Based on the tights, this is probably Tiger Mask I or II.
